At , accurate diagnosis and testing is key for achieving positive outcomes for our patients. Convenient, easy-to-use saliva and blood spot test kits are available which allows for collection at your convenience and in the privacy of your own home. We offer a variety of kits including ZRT saliva, blood spot, and saliva/blood spot combo kits.

Our saliva test kits allow you to test Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEAS, and the adrenal hormone, Cortisol, four times throughout the day. We recommend saliva testing for Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) sex hormones and adrenals; however testing of sex hormones are not recommended if you are currently on Birth Control Pills.

Our blood spot tests allow for testing of Thyroid, such as Free T3, Free T4, TSH, and TPO. Vitamin D, insulin, IGF-1, and many other levels may also be tested with blood spot testing. Additionally, we recommend blood spot tests for any hormones that you are using sublingually.
